JIMIS SMS CALENDAR
Personal calendar requests by text.
What it does
JIMIS SMS Calendar is a private household scheduling tool operated by Jimi. An approved household sender can text a calendar request to the designated JIMIS number. JIMIS asks for missing date, time, or duration details, then creates a timed event on the owner’s primary Google Calendar with a 30-minute reminder. A confirmation is sent after Google verifies the event.
Who can use it
Access is limited to the owner and explicitly approved household senders. There is no public signup. This website provides app information; it does not accept calendar requests or connect visitors’ Google accounts.
Google connection
The owner authorizes access to owned-calendar events and read-only calendar-list information. The installed service checks the owner’s primary calendar identity and timezone, and is limited in code to creating and verifying its own events on that calendar. The Google permission itself is broader than this code restriction.
