PRIVACY POLICY

Effective November 2, 2026.

Information used

The installed service checks incoming Messages sender and destination identifiers, direct-chat membership, message identifiers, and timestamps. It parses scheduling text from approved senders. It uses the primary Google Calendar identity, ownership and timezone, and creates and reads back its own events, including titles, times, reminders and a private request identifier.

Permissions and purpose

The requested Google scopes are calendar.events.owned and calendar.calendarlist.readonly. Google’s event scope permits broader event access across owned calendars; this service restricts its behavior to the configured owner’s primary calendar and its own event-creation and verification workflow. It does not request Gmail or Drive access. Calendar data is used only to provide this scheduling feature.

Storage and retention

The owner’s Mac stores the OAuth credential, sender and chat identifiers, parsed scheduling drafts, processing status, event identifiers, and queued reply text in private local files. The app has no automatic deletion schedule for these records; they remain until the owner removes them. A clarification can be continued for 24 hours. Original messages and calendar events are also retained by the messaging and calendar services under their own settings.

Sharing and processing

Event details and authorization requests are sent to Google. Clarifications and confirmations travel through Apple Messages and, when applicable, mobile carriers. Parsing is local and deterministic; this calendar integration sends no message text or Google Calendar data to a language-model provider. The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Its use and transfer of Google API information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

This website

This static information site has no login, forms, advertising, or analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts it and processes ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, requested paths and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. This website has no connection to the installed app’s messages, credentials or calendars.

Your controls

The owner can revoke the app’s access through Google Account connections, stop the installed service, and delete its local records. Revoking access does not delete events already created in Google Calendar or messages held by messaging providers. Approved household users can ask the owner to remove their access or local records.
